Frankie Lindquist is the founder of the Film Hope Foundation and the driving force behind production company, Scooty Woop Elite. From a Polish and Swedish heritage, coupled with an upbringing in Chicago, as well as her extensive travels, she is uniquely positioned to understand the cultural differences and sensitives of the worlds decision makers to bring value to her endeavors.
While in Chicago, Frankie Lindquist attended Columbia College to study film & T.V. production, where she began working with luminaries such as producer Charles Roven on epic projects such as 'The Dark Knight'. Following Roven back to Hollywood, she worked for his company, Atlas Entertainment, which produced noteworthy and high profile productions such as 12 Monkeys and The International.
As an innovative and driven individual, Frankie Lindquist subsequently branched out - independently utilizing her core talents of communication and entrepreneurial skills to establish a production company which worked with new and up-and-coming writers & directors. Furthermore, on her commitment to integrity and transparency, she built a solid base of contacts and credibility amongst the industry's heavyweights.
Further engaging herself in noteworthy causes Frankie has recently dedicated more of her time and resources to the Film Hope Foundation, which works to raise awareness on mental health issues in society, leveraging the spotlight of the entertainment industry as a platform. Film Hope aims to eliminate the stigma associated with mental illness by using various forms of narrative art, as a means to get people comfortable with the conversation of mental health.
Lately, as she has observed in her broad experience, such a monumental undertaking needed to be a collaborative and world-wide effort. A such, she has initiated strategic partnerships and engagements with the United Nations, and notably the World Health Organization, as well as various specialized civic units who can contribute to the cause. Pertaining to this plan, the Film Hope Foundation's sister company, The Mental Health for All Foundation, will be incorporated in Geneva Switzerland later this year to better utilize the numerous bodies who harbor a potential to contribute in this venture.
