Chatsworth House, the Derbyshire estate where the Pemberley exteriors were filmed for this mini-series, was also filmed for Pemberley's exteriors in the 2005 film version of "Pride and Prejudice," starring Keira Knightley.
The series takes place in 1803.
Tom Ward, who plays Colonel Fitzwilliam in "Death Comes to Pemberley," also had a minor role in the 1995 series, episode #2 playing the part of Lt. Chamberlayne. Tom had a single line apologizing for Lydia's intrusion during a conversation between Elizabeth Bennet and Captain Denny during the ball at Netherfield. He said, "Forgive the intrusion, Madame. I would dance with both your sisters at once it..." before Lydia and Kitty drag both men to the dance floor.
The scarlet and gold traveling gown worn by Lydia Wickham is the same gown Jenna Coleman wears briefly in "Victoria," Season 1.
Eleanor Tomlinson, who plays Georgiana, and Matthew Goode, who plays Wickham, appear together in Ordeal by Innocence (2018), as husband and wife.
